What is Life Coaching?
Coaching defined by Thomas Leonard can be summed up in four ways. "A coach helps people set better goals which then leads to reaching those goals more efficiently. A coach asks his clients to do more than they would have been able to do on their own. He also partners with their client so they can focus better so as to produce results more quickly. A coach provides their clients with the tools, support, and structure to accomplish more than they could have done on their own.

What can I expect from a coaching session?
We will meet 3 times a month and each session typically lasts 60 minutes. They can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via Skype.
